No matter who is reading this we all work hard, train hard week in week out, in life, friendships, relationships whatever it may be and if some day you couldn’t do that because you had an injury or broke a bone, playing sport or an accident, you wouldn’t train the body part or play the next match or go to work you would take it easy and tell somebody about it, That’s what I would do. ! But what if it wasn’t a physical injury, what if you were stressed, or feeling down and that’s why you couldn’t train, or go to your match or go to work or go on the night out you planned, you would tell somebody right? People assume injuries can only be physically from an accident or sports that can cause you not to take part, but that’s not the case it can be mental too. I don’t think enough people in the fitness industry or anywhere in fact highlight this of course having a brilliant transformation is amazing and losing weight, have a top notch car or whatever , but that shouldn’t be the main point, because a HEALTHY BODY has to match a HEALTHY MIND, there’s always somebody out there who will listen don’t ever be afraid to speak ❤️ #mentalhealth #speak

This year is all about balance, really feel like I’ve a load of opportunities this year aswell as college finally have my head down and gotten rid of the breakdowns, it’s all about hard work and I’m 100% ready to work for what I want 🔥😛

11 weeks apart…
-no low carb days( can’t ever when I didn’t have carbs 😂 I have 2 or 3 rest days a week and I still keep my days the same with different sources of food )
-no restrict calorie intake

What I did ? I ate 200g+ and more carbs and around 1900+ kcals and trained about 4/5 times a week for about 1 hour and half if even, I am now doing a 4 year college degree every day I am gone from home for about 12 hours a day, I never make an excuse for not trying to get to the gym if I can’t I’ll go for a walk, I’ll make an effort but I made sure in that hour and half I worked my ass off, weights ✔️ conditioning ✔️ and finisher ✔️ that’s my work out, my life has been so crazy the last few weeks and it’ll continue to be crazy, between family friends relationship college, work and more but I know what my goals are and I will achieve them. I wanna prove a point to the clients and every single person i know that you don’t need go on a diet for the rest of your life, During the last few weeks I’ve had breakdowns 😂 ate sweets, ice cream, chocolate, went to a debs, drank alcohol, ate pizza, But most of all I was sustainable, I didn’t go crazy low carb days I’m training for performance and to lift weights not to have skinny legs or a 6 pack but everybody is different, this is what I want, there’s so much I can say in this status but it’s all about making a BALANCE and eating to fuel your body, I’m gonna PRACTISE WHAT I PREACH 🐷 no doubt about it 💪🤓 @new3fit

High tempo last week, gonna go strength this week 💪
Trying to balance between staying fairly lean and keeping my strength to compete too,
so gonna go every second week volume and tempo 🍑 to keep the strength for them quads, with structural balance...

High tempo last week, gonna go strength this week 💪
Trying to balance between staying fairly lean and keeping my strength to compete too,
so gonna go every second week volume and tempo 🍑 to keep the strength for them quads, with structural balance once a week, for me I can never keep and stuck to just one programme so this is a challenge every single week, still going to keep high intensity workouts and long endurance runs and cycles in ☺️💪🐷
